CytoTalk Explorer  is a collaborative research application developed by Dr. Ahmed S. Abouhashem , Research Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh and Founder of CytoTalk LLC, in collaboration with Dr. Chandan K. Sen , Director of the McGowan Institute for Regenerative Medicine, University of Pittsburgh.

The application is designed to support research and education in single-cell data analysis through exploratory workflows and interactive data interpretation. CytoTalk Explorer is a self-supported research tool provided “as is” , without warranty of any kind and is not designed for clinical, diagnostic, or medical decision-making. Users are solely responsible for validating and interpreting any results generated.

Support

Dedicated customer support is not included. Users are encouraged to consult documentation, tutorials, and example workflows made available on the CytoTalk website.
